This project required the removal and reinstatement of a dilapidated facade, remedial roof works and rebuilt chimneys together with interior refurbishment.

The Grade B listed property required significant temporary propping works and continuous dialogue with 8 owner - occupiers to minimise disruption. The £1.5m contract sum was grant funded by historic scotland.

The owner of one property commissioned the complete refurbishment of their main door property. A 7 apartment property of some 2,500sqft over two floors. The property was taken back to a shell and all existing original features either retained or restored, including cornicing, stained glass, fireplaces. All services were stripped out and completely renewed, new bathrroms, en-suites, kitchen and utility provided. Full media and sound systems were installed to all apartments and underfloor heating installed throughout. G1 Architects not only designed every aspect of this project including interiors, selecting lighting, chandeliers, fireplaces, flooring tiles, color schemes etc, but also project managed the project from inception to completion.
